COVID-19 and Vaccination Requirements

Failure on behalf of the traveler to be in compliance with the destination country's requirements for entry is not a liability on Echelon Destinations LLC.

Name Requirements

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Be sure to complete the forms as requested.

If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may apply.

Passport Requirement

Traveler must have a valid U.S. Passport with an expiration date no less than SIX MONTHS AFTER the last date of travel and two blank pages. If the passport does not have the required validity, the traveler should begin the application/renewal process as soon as possible. Failure to obtain a valid U.S. Passport prior to trip departure does not hold Echelon Destinations LLC liable in any way.

Payments

Trips booked within 45 days of travel are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

       NO EXCEPTIONS

Late payments MUST be approved by Echelon Destinations prior to the due date. Otherwise a late fee of $50 will apply to each occurrence.

Group Trip Policies

Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines. Requests may or may not be taken. (if applicable)

Reservations are NOT transferrable to another person.

Refunds

All deposits, payments and charges are non-refundable. The purchase of travel protection is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to protect your investment. Echelon Destinations LLC is not financially responsible for any cancellations due to the client. 

All claims must be filed with the travel protection provider.
